Two Words GURDIAN ANGELS! My wife and I were in route to a church even in Macon on Sat Oct 25, 2024. We were coming from Atlanta, traveling on 475, when we heard a loud sharp sound coming from under my car. It wasn't a tire blow out, I know that sound. When I stopped and looked under my car, some sort of panel had dropped off and was scraping the pavement. We made our way to the nearest shop which so happened to be this one. Although there were several people in front of us, the Assistant Manager, Mr. Adam Turnbull got us in and out and we got to the church event in time for the sermon. And didn't charge us a thing. God answers prayers, and directed me to this shop. THANKS ADAM for the EXCELLENT customer service. U DA MAN :)
I called 20 minutes before closing panicking because I live an hour away walked outside from work to see I had a flat tire with a nail inside. Came to the location and everyone was so nice and friendly to me and worked fast to repair my tire. At the end of my service, the manager spoke some encouraging words to me as I had been without power in my home with two small kids in Dublin, Ga due to the storm for the last 9 days!! I just want to say God works in mysterious ways and I’m so thankful that I chose this place to have my tire replaced.
We escaped Hurricane Helene but my car gave out. This shop was able to repair my vehicle within a relatively short time span. Everyone was courteous and polite and professional. Shout out to Adam and Roderick!!

I just wanted to shout out Raffield for their exceptional customer service. I had some electrical issues with my battery, Miss Ashley said she would do a diagnostic and see what exactly was wrong, turned out it was my battery and we got it replaced in under an hour!! I am just blown away by her courtesy, and the quickness of the mechanics who got my car back running normally within an hour. Thank you guys!!
