Mike was very helpful and friendly. Got some new tires and was out of there in no time. Waited in there nice waiting room. Coffee, tv, comfortable chairs and clean restroom. They gained a new customer.
We have used Raffield for years we would highly recommend any of their locations.
After getting turned away at 4:50 from another repair shop because they were about to close I headed to Raffield Tires. Frank and Chris took great care of me so I could make it back home safely to Albany,GA.
I would like to say that visiting this Raffield is always a great experience but this time it was more amazing I called this morning an Dell was such a great help he offered a solution to my problem which I wasn’t going to have time to get my oil changed he offered to get me right to Cracker Barrel an leave my car but I didn't have time so I came in at around 5:10 an DEll an Scott was willing to still complete my oil change an rotation of my tires as if it was 7:30 job well done love the service I got from here always a pleasure Randy was making sure that I was acknowledged an taking care of which I had already been taken care of thanks guys.
