I just wanted to shout out Raffield for their exceptional customer service. I had some electrical issues with my battery, Miss Ashley said she would do a diagnostic and see what exactly was wrong, turned out it was my battery and we got it replaced in under an hour!! I am just blown away by her courtesy, and the quickness of the mechanics who got my car back running normally within an hour. Thank you guys!!
The sweetest people ever! On the way home from vacation our tire busted. We knew they were closing soon, so we called and they were the kindest to stay and wait for us. Even after hours they were the sweetest to patiently wait on us and happily fix our tire! The tire was finished before we even finished paying! Very fast service! I will definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone in need!

I'm impressed! Had to have both A/C units in my Traverse replaced. They had my car back to me sooner than expected! Ashley was simply amazing and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. The mechanics were terrific (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names). I'm sold on their service!

On 4/30/24 had made it to overnight stop in Warner Robins, Sadly the previous week I had been rear ended on I20 in the middle of a traffic jam. Long story short made it to my destination, Did not use my car for a week. So on my return trip I found that the panel covering my exhaust had come loose, I saw it when I arrived at my hotel. Found Raffield phone # on AAA website. I called them. They said "come on down". Was close to my hotel. They immediately took my car in put it on a lift. They took care of the issue and assured me my drive home would be safe. As I was traveling alone this meant the world to me. They went above and beyond. Many thanks to Ashley, Doug and Charles. Sam Raffield..you have a great team there at your Warner Robins location.
